听I think their greatest accomplishment has been donating the land for Under One Roof. I think the biggest failure has been the rapid growth.

I think more bold digital type signage to encourage people to follow directed speed limits and reduce speed. I would like to explore other parking options and ensure building permits in the downtown core would be approved only with adequate parking. Also possible discussions with developers to obtain more downtown parking as part of agreement for them to build.
