The initiative specifically sets 21 major project goals and also establishes deadlines and benchmarks to measure progress.

It is designed to exceed community expectations regarding all aspects of service delivery and allow for continual evolution of the connection between the community, council, and staff.
As mayor of 老澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 I have always proudly supported the body of work produced by district staff in all aspects of running our community from landscaping to recreation delivery to emergency services.
The work of the public sector is rarely applauded. In fact, dismissive comments regarding staff's efforts have become an almost accepted form of exchange by many in our community. That is not an acceptable state of affairs to me. We must be committed to improve where necessary and to also take pride in our successes.
The vast majority of district staff are excellent shining examples of industry, passion and production. They serve this community with dedication and professionalism. The intention of the Service 老澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 Initiative is to give those qualities an opportunity to flourish and succeed.
I am personally excited to be on council at the time when this initiative is launched. However, credit for this transformation in the way we do business at the district needs to go to the chief administrative officer Kevin Ramsay.
