Winners throughout the year will be notified by the Centre. The surplus calendars are now on sale for $5 but are not eligible for the monthly draws. By purchasing a calendar, you are supporting a worthy cause.

The play the Vagina Monologues will be presented at the Brackendale Art Gallery on Saturday, March 6 and Sunday, March 7 and proceeds will go to the Howe Sound Women's Centre. Tickets on March 6 are $20 and for March 7 the price is $30 and includes a buffet dinner. Tickets are available at the Gallery, the Book Shelf and at the Women's Centre.

The West Coast Railway Heritage Park is ready to welcome families during this Olympic break for students. The park is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and includes mini rail rides ($3 each), a variety of activities, visits to the Brightbill House and more.
