This is concerning the bears.
It's no wonder they go looking for food. Those animals are hungry. They used to find something to eat from the garbage dump, vegetable and fruit peels, until a few idiots take it upon themselves to plow this into the ground for landfill.
Why not leave it there for the animals to eat? Then when the bears come into town with their starving cubs looking for food, they're labelled dangerous and shot.
